The Edgar-Fenwood trailhead is located in the gravel parking area immediately south of the BP R-Store gas station at 403 S. 3rd Ave. in Edgar, WI. This trail is an abandoned railroad grade trail that is 9.75 miles long, passing through Edgar and Fenwood and south where the trail ends just north of the Big Eau Pleine River. This trail does NOT go into Stratford. It is closed when posted closed due to wet conditions or trail damage; and after the first snow until the trail has been groomed by the local snowmobile club or if weather permits winter ATV use.

General Information
- Off-road motorcycles (dirt bikes) or enduro/dual sport motorcycles are prohibited on Marathon County trails.
- ATV/UTV operators must obey "TRAIL CLOSED" and "STAY ON TRAIL" signs to protect areas that are environmentally sensitive or being rehabilitated.
- Riders may contact the Park Department at 715-261-1550 or the Mid Wisconsin ATV Trail Blazers, the local Marathon County ATV club for more information.

- The privately owned Embarrass River OHV Park located in Shawano County allows for various types of Off Highway Vehicle (OHV) use.
