TIME AND PLACE FOR RFQ
Notice is hereby given by the Marathon County Solid Waste Department (MCSWD) that it will receive sealed qualification statements for Leachate Pre-Treatment Plant Professional Services until July 14, 2025, at 3:00 P.M. at 172900 State Highway 29, Ringle, WI 54471. Qualifications will be privately opened by the undersigned at that time and date, and a decision will be made thereafter.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK
Leachate Pre-Treatment Plant Professional Services is described below.
2025 Leachate Pre-Treatment Plant Professional Services include:
- Initial Planning, Document Review, and Funding Support
- Engineering, Design and Permitting Support
- Equipment Procurement Support
- Construction Procurement Support
- Construction Administration and Monitoring
- Start-up, Commissioning, and Training
- Project Management and Administration
QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS
The RFQ document, which includes specifications and criteria for evaluation can be obtained from Marathon County’s Procurement page electronically at no charge.
RFQ Specifications
Documents will be available on the County’s website starting on July 1, 2025. No hard copies of the documents will be distributed.
QUALIFICATION SUBMITTAL
No qualifications shall be considered unless submitted following the outline in the 2025 Leachate Pre-Treatment Plant Professional Services RFQ. Marathon County reserves the right to reject any or all qualifications, to waive any informality and to award the contract(s) in the best interests of the County. No qualification shall be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the opening. Electronic submittals of qualifications will be accepted. CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT
The work described herein is subject to the provisions of Sections 66.0901 and 66.0903 and other applicable sections of the Wisconsin Statutes.
GENERAL CODE OF MARATHON COUNTY
The General Code of the County of Marathon contains various procurement policies which are applicable to the proposed procurement. These include prohibitions against gratuities and kickbacks. This request is governed by Marathon County Procurement Code, a copy of which is available at the County Clerk’s Office in the courthouse or online at
