AHU-13 Condensing Unit Replacement
Project Overview
The purpose of this request for proposals is to enter into a contract with a qualified firm to provide labor, material and equipment required to replace the existing air conditioning outdoor condensing unit, DX evaporator coil, refrigeration piping system including line voltage electrical, controls for AHU-13 at the Marathon County Courthouse. It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single contract being awarded to the contractor that can best meet all the specified requirements of this Request for Proposal.
The project site is the Marathon County Courthouse located at 500 Forest Street, Wausau, WI 54401. It is the County’s intent to have the project completed by November 25, 2025.

- Mandatory Pre-Proposal Walk-Through Meeting On-site: August 5, 2025, 10:00 a.m.
- Receive Questions from Prospective Vendors by: August 11, 2025, 4:30 p.m.
- Deadline for issue of addenda/response to questions: August 12, 2025, 1:00 p.m.
- Deadline for Submissions: August 14, 2025, 2:00 p.m.
- Anticipated Award Date: Week of August 18, 2025
