Project Overview
Marathon County Facilities and Capital Management is requesting proposals from qualified firms for a VHF dash mount mobile radios for the Marathon County Highway Department. The current radios have reached end of life, and the highway department will be upgrading fleet vehicles and equipment with new radios.
The radios will need to be the Motorola XPR5550 Dash Mount mobile radio with color screen, alpha numeric display, Bluetooth enabled, Programmed as needed, Ignition kits, magnetic mic holders, mini–UHF Antenna Connection end, or approved equal, for 84 fleet vehicles. 42 Bluetooth mic with charger and adapter. 36 Motorola CM300 Analog VHF mobile radio, auto/priority/dual priority Scan, Quik Call II Alert/selective call, MDC1200 PTT ID, Auto indicator tones, busy channel lockout, 4 programable buttons, programmed, LED indicators, Alph-Numeric Display, Ignition kits, magnetic mic holders, Mini UHF connection end or approved equal for highway equipment. The scope of work includes providing and programming radios with an option to install the new radios.
