Marathon County Hatley Highway Shop Interior Liner Panel Installation
The purpose of this request for proposals is to enter into a contract with a qualified firm to provide labor, material and equipment required to install 26 gauge painted white metal liner panel on the interior of the Hatley Highway Shop on the entire ceiling and walls where there isn’t any currently. The intent is to complete an interior vapor barrier with the liner panel install.
The project site is the Marathon County Hatley Highway Shop located at 8155 Duncan Road, Hatley, WI 54440. It is the County’s intent to have the project completed by July 31, 2026.
Timeline
- Mandatory pre-proposal walk-through meeting on-site: January 15, 2026, at 10:00 AM
- Receive Questions from Prospective Vendors until: January 22, 2026, by 4:30 PM
- Cut-off for issue of addenda/response to questions: January 26, 2026, by 1:00 PM
- Deadline for Submission of RFP: January 28, 2026, at 2:00 PM
- Anticipated Award Date: Week of February 2, 2026
