Phase A Liner and Phase B Closure
Project Overview
The Marathon County Solid Waste Department is issuing an invitation to bid for two projects beginning in 2026 on the Bluebird Ridge RDF (BBRDF): the Phase 6A Liner Construction and Phase B Final Cover Construction. The BRRDF Phase 6A Liner project includes construction of an approximately 5.6-acre new cell, and the BRRDF Phase B Final Cover project includes construction of an approximately 7.0-acre final cover.

Documents will be available on the Sharefile site starting mid-day on May 6, 2026. No hard copies of the Bid Documents will be distributed. Bid documents and specifications apply to both projects unless labeled otherwise.
