Document Conversion Services for Historical Grantor and Grantee Record Books
Project Overview
Marathon County is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to convert historical Grantor and Grantee books into digital format.
The selected vendor will:
- Scan approximately 174 volumes
- Produce 300 DPI Group IV TIFF images
- Resize images to 11 inches height
- Index records by book/year structure
- Provide Laserfiche and TriMin exports
- Conduct 100% quality control
- Provide exception reporting
- Securely transport records

Any applicant will need to review the books that will be imaged prior to submitting their proposal. Regular business hours of the Marathon County Register of Deeds Office is Monday – Thursday 7:30 am – 4:30 pm and Friday 7:30 am – 12 pm.
