FMLA/Leave of Absence:

Marathon County contracts with AbsenceResources to administer Federal and Wisconsin Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) leaves and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accommodations.

To report FMLA/Leave of Absence, please review the FMLA/Leave of Absence Toolkit for more information. Contact AbsenceResources to initiate your case:

Helpful Resources

Important: If you believe you may not qualify for FMLA leave but are experiencing an event that would typically qualify (e.g., your own medical condition, a family member’s medical condition, childbirth, etc.), you should still notify your supervisor and contact Human Resources. Human Resources will assess your eligibility and, if you are not eligible, will provide information on the County leave of absence options available to you.
