11.02 Animal Waste Management Ordinance: Proposed Changes

The Marathon County Conservation, Planning, & Zoning Department and the Environmental Resources Committee are proposing changes to Chapter 11.02 of the Marathon County General Code of Ordinances. The purpose of the ordinance and changes are to regulate the construction, operation, maintenance, and the application of waste from all storage facilities in the county, to protect water quality and public health. Review the draft by clicking on the link below.
