Sheriff Mortgage Foreclosure Sales are conducted on Tuesdays of each week beginning at 9 a.m. in Room A136, Marathon County Courthouse, 500 Forest St., Wausau, WI. Click on Plaintiff to view or print the Notice.
Those attending in person should enter through the main entrance on the west side of the courthouse complex and follow the signs to the Sheriff’s Office. Room A136 is adjacent to the Sheriff’s Office reception area.
Attention: Effective October 1, 2018, all third-party bidders or their representatives must meet these qualifications.
