Payment History, Payment Coupons, Form Assistance, etc.

• Child Support Online Services (CSOS): An account is required. CSOS shares a logon management system with the Department of Workforce Development. If you access online services such as the Unemployment Insurance Portal or the Job Center of Wisconsin, you already have an account that can be used to log in to CSOS. We strongly recommend you log in using that same account as this will make applying for other services and viewing your information much easier.

Wisconsin Way2Go Debit MasterCard

The Wisconsin Child Support Program provides a secure and convenient way to receive payments with the Wisconsin Way2Go Debit MasterCard, issued by Comerica Bank and managed by Way2Go. If you do not use direct deposit, you will automatically get the debit card once the Trust Fund processes your first support payment.

Paying Child Support

See the State's webpage on paying support. Whichever way you choose, all support must be paid through the WI Support Collections Trust Fund. This is not only a state law, but this is the only way you can be sure that you get credit for your payments.
